(1) Collected records of Carl MARTIN, Rt. 9 Box 110, Ponca City 74601. We had John married to both a Sarah Webber and a Sarah Yarbrough. Varla has them both as one and the same.

(3) Statements in various land deeds and depositions suggest that she was either the daughter of John Yarbrough, b. abt 1632 and a neighbor of William Hurt, Sr., or the daughter of a friend, Henry Webber. Both men are named in depositions and power-of-attorney documents where her name, Sarah Hurt, occurs. IGI shows her as daughter of John Yarbrough, FHL# 1553934 file, batch #5029377-sheet 23
