1) Sept 26 1794: Haswell Magruder and his wife Charity, dau. of James Beall, of James, sold 714 acres of "Lonehead" to Leonard Marbury Deakins, with mention that 1/3 of said land descended to said Charity, from her deceased father James Beall.
