Funeral services will be held here tomorrow for William A. Spring, an employee of the San Francisco Casket Co. for 22 years and one of the founders of the Oakland Casket Co.

Mr. Spring, 62, lived at 1723 - 47th Avenue, San Francisco.

He is survived by his wife, Esther, a daughter, Mrs. Lavern Gum, and two brothers, Fred of San Francisco, and Elmer (Buster) of Oakland. Services will be held at the C. P. Bannon Mortuary at 2 p.m.
