Charles S. Robertson served as a lieutenant colonel in Compnay g, 1st Confederate Cavalry. Enlisted October 21, 1861, at Jackson, State not shown, as a captain, and was appointed lieutenant colonel September 26, 1862.His name appears on a roll of Prisoners of War paroled at Johnson Island, Ohio, and forwarded to City Point, Virginia, for exchange, February 24, 1865.

There was a Joseph Tuck who was a justice of the peace in Polk Co. (?) Joseph moved with his familyu to McMinn Co. Tenn. in 1835-till 1837 from Blount Co. Tenn. then from McMinn to Brighton, Missouri actually 1 1/2 miles west of Brighton.
