Miss Nancy M. Johnson Dies at Crothersville.
Miss Nancy Mahala Johnson, 82, a life-long resident of the Crothersville vicinity, died at the home of her niece, Mrs. Harriett Studer, Crothersville R1, late Wednesday morning. She had been ill for the past four weeks.

Miss Johnson was born February 20, 1868, in Jackson County, the daughter of the late E. W. Johnson and Mary Ann Ray Johnson She was a member of the Tampico Baptist Church and enjoyed the acquaintance and esteem of a host of relatives and friends who mourn her death.

She was the last of a family of 11 children, 10 brothers and sisters having preceded her in death.

Several nieces and nephews survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon from the Tampico Baptist Church with the Rev. Frank Rhodus, paster, in charge. Burial in the Russell Chapel Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Kovener and Sons Funeral Home In Crothersville after 6 O'clock Friday night.
