REV. SOILDER at the age of 22 First N.C. Inf. Served at Brandywine, Germantown, Cave Creek and King's Mountain where he was badly wounded.
First married to Miss Livingston Second wife in 1786 Hannah.
The Hadley's were in Williamson Co. TN by 1808 buying up acres. Family cemetery is ten miles south of Franklin off Lewisburg Pike in a grove of trees. Joshua lived in Sumner Co. where he died and is buried in the family cemetery his wife is buried there also but with no markers. There were at least six Hadley children.
