SIMON HADLEY II, 1676, County West Meath, Ireland. Married 1697, Ruth Kernan who was born 1677, Ireland, and died XII-18,
1750-1 at Mill Creek,.Delaware. Simon Hadley came from Ireland in 1712, and settled in New Castle County, where he served as a Justice for many years, and was from 1726, a Judge of the New Castle Courts. He married as his second wife, Phebe, widow of Richard Buffington of Bradford, Chester County. Her maiden name was Grubb. Simon Hadley II died at Southwood, Delaware, XI-17, 1756. His children:
