Mrs. Martha E. Keith died at her home, near the Marion church (First Marion Baptist, Commiskey, Jennings County, Indiana) Thursday night, aged 77 years. She was born near Crothersville, December 31, 1846 and spent most of her life in Jackson County. She was the widow of the late Andrew Keith, who died in 1917. She leaves four sons and one daughter, James, Ralph and Elizabeth at home, O.F. (Omer Flemin) Keith, of Jeffersonville, and Charles Keith of Arkansas. Funeral services were conducted at the First Baptist church in Seymour. Burial in Riverview Cemetery (Seymour, Jackson County, Indiana)." (Interment August 24, 1924)
Martha's husband, Andrew, is also buried here.
Andrew Keith is the son of James Keith (who was brother to Samuel Adkins Keith).
