Notes for Julie Ann (Spouse 1)
wife of Charles B Hurt,
mother of Lanson G Hurt

**Dena McLain Wright(a cousin/she has since passed) said she remembered seeing Julia's tombstone once, but could not remember where it was exactly**

I have written to the property owners (who shall remain nameless, out of consideration) and they did not reply to my request to clean up the Cemetery, I offered to do this on my own, with no obligation to them...this old Cemetery is on private land, there are many fallen trees/limbs., years of leaves and debris all over the place, you would literally have to dig for stones...It has been run over by Cattle for years...so sad.

“I am bound to them though I cannot look into their eyes or hear their voices. I honor their history. I cherish their lives.
I will tell their story. I will remember them for I am the result of the very love, struggle, sacrifice and journey of thousands.”
