R. Doyle Johnson, beloved father, grandfather and husband, departed on April 19, 2002, to be with his wife, Katherine, and his Lord and Saviour. He is survived by his three children, James (Cathy) Johnson, Linda (Roger) Pitts and Felectia Johnson (Donald Lee). He is also survived by seven grand-children; four great-grandsons; mother-in-law, Edith Simons; brother-in-law, Bill (Margie) Simons of Trinidad; sister-in-law, Matilda Johnson of Pueblo; sister-in-law, Mary Own of South Fork; brother, Gene Johnson of Pueblo; and numerous nieces and nephews. Doyle was employed at San Isabel Electric Association at the time of his death. Viewing, noon to 8 p.m. Monday. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral service, 10 a.m. Tuesday, Wesley United Methodist Church. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens. the family may be contacted at the family home. In lieu of food and flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Wesley United Methodist Church.

Survived by her devoted husband of 52 years, Doyle Johnson of Pueblo; mother, Edith Simons, Trinidad, Colo.; and children[, Jim (Cathy) Johnson, Pueblo West, Linda (Roger) Pitts, Avondale, and Felectia Johnson, Pueblo]. Also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandsons. Visitation, Tuesday, 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Funeral service, Wednesday, 10 a.m. at Wesley United Methodist Church, 85 Stanford. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens. In lieu of food and flowers, donations may be made to the Trinity Chapel Memorial Fund at Wesley United Methodist Church.
