Edgar "Lucky" Carter, 69 year old resident of Morris, Oklahoma, died Tuesday, January 10, 2017 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He was born October 9, 1947 to George and Ruby (Myers) Carter in Okmulgee. Lucky worked in law enforcement in Okmulgee for many years and for the last 20 years as a carpet and tile installer. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church and served in the United States Army National Guard.
