William Robert Lee Blackwell Sr., passed away Sept. 27, 2007 in Pueblo. Bob was born Dec. 2, 1941 in Pueblo. He was employed by the Board of Water Works and then Frank Jones Plumbing before retiring in 1974. Bob was a member of Silver State Lodge #95 AF&AM, and was a veteran having served in the U.S. Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Cora Blackwell. His survivors include his wife, Shirley; sons, Robert (Tami) Jr., Ronald (Tammy) and Daniel (Holly); 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and several cousins and other relatives. At his request, cremation in the Davis Crematory. The family will receive friends between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, 2007, 616 W. Corona Ave in Pueblo.
