Co. by 1692 as a taxable in Spesutia Hund.; purch. 500 a. of Oakington from Martha, wife of John Hall; and Mary Ann Utie, daus. of Ed- ward Bedell, dec.; his will, 24 Jan. 1707 - 9 April 1708, named w. Margaret, son John (to have Oakington), and Edward Swan Tay- lor and Bartholomew Welch (who were to have North Yarmouth); ad- min. bond posted 4 May 1709 by execs. John and Margaret Browne with John Stokes and Henry Wriothesley; est. inv. by Roger Matthews, Sr., and Thomas Cord on 11 March 1708/9, and val. at €513.4.5; had iss. by wife Margaret (who m. as her 2nd husb. Anthony Drew): JOHN, d. by 1719 (11; 51; 61; 110; 128; 138).
