FORMER TOLUCA RESIDENT DIES
FUNERAL SERVICES FOR CATHERINE AIMONE-CRESTO TO BE HELD IN MENDOTA

Mrs. Catherine Cresto, aged 54, formerly of Toluca, died in her home at Troy Grove at four o'clock Sunday morning following a stroke of apoplexy which she suffered a week ago.

Services will be held from the Swartz funeral home in Mendota Tuesday afternoon with burial following in the Catholic cemetery in Mendota.

The deceased was the daughter of the late John and Lucille Aimone. and resided in Toluca until a young woman. Her husband, Edward Cresto, whom she married in Granville 35 years ago, remains together with two children, Edward and Lucille. A brother, P.J. Aimone resides in Toluca and another brother, Frank Aimone, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Monari, live in Oglesby.

MENDOTA – Services for Edward "Beanie" Cresto, 86, former resident of Troy Grove who died Tuesday in Sunrise Nursing Home, will be at 10:30 a. m. Friday in Schwarz Funeral Home. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.

Mr. Cresto operated a grocery store in Troy Grove for many years.

Survivors include a son, Peter, Mendota, and a sister, Stella Vira, Joliet.
Friends may call form 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
A memorial fund has been established.
