Emma Belle Hutson Dies.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m., Monday in the Grant-Elder Funeral Home for Mrs. Emma Belle Hutson, 86, who died Saturday at 3:34 a.m., in the Aavaion Rest Home. She had entered the nursing home Sept. 4, 1962.
Rev. E. H. Lechner of the Redeemer Lutheran church will officiate and burial will be held in Riverview cemetery beside her husband.
She was born Dec. 9, 1877, in Lee County, Ill., the daughter of Rose Sudder and Abner Schrock. She had lived in Arkansas City since 1917, coming from Argonia. She was married to James Frederick Hutson on Sept. 24, 1896, in Anthony. Her husband died Jan. 11, 1929.
Survivors include four sons, Claude and Carroll Hutson, Rt. 4., Bailey Hutson of Wichita, and Orville Hutson, 407 E. Van Buren, Ave., two daughters, Mrs. Ray (Nola) Mead, of 211 N. First street, and Mrs. Glenn (Ilene) Stewart, 520 S. Fifth street; seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; and two brothers, Oscar and Roy Schrock of Coffeyville.
