Minor came out to Washington with his father from Kentucky in 1888. He married Susan Johnson in Oct of 1894. In 1911 Rosalia, Minor got his start in the restarant buisness by buying out a Japanese restaurant.
Minor ans Susan owned and ran "The Home City Cafe",next door to the Home City Hotel.
Minor and Susan were the parents of 3 children, Mary "Molly", the wife of Homer Lemley, Nellie and Marjorie Lewallen Grisham.
