Theora Ward Dead
Theora, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. G. Ward, of Detxer, died at 12:15 today at the Winfield hospital. She had been ill with erysiplas and meningitis for two weeks and has been at the hospital for ten days. She suffered intensely until death came as a relief to her suffering.
Theora was eight years old, the 14th of April and was a child greatly beloved by all who knew her. She was born in Dexter and is one of two children of Mr. and Mrs. Ward. A sister, Maurine, ten years old Is the other child. She is a grand daughter of Mr. and Min. H. H. Ward of Dexter. The funeral services will be held tomorrow from the home in Dexter.
