Thomas Jackson Cothern, longtime resident of Tucumcari, New Mexico, passed away October 3, 2015 In Kyle, Texas.
He was born to Alfred and Ida Bullock Cothern on July 21, 1932 in Portales, New Mexico.
He Is survived by his siblings, Jeannie Owingo, Wanda Fish, Johnny Cothern and Ricci Johnson.
Jack had three children, Jackie Boatman (Robert), Freddy Cothern (Cheryl) and April Lemons (Jesse).
He also leaves four grandchildren, Elizabeth Van Allen (Tim), Michael Boatman, Matthew Boatman and Jackson Cothern (Tiffany); as well as nine great grandchildren, Annemarie, Donna, Stephen, Grace, Venita and Josephine Van Allen; Christian Cothern, Ethan and Easton Elmouist.
He will be laid to rest in Tucumcarl Memorial Park in Tucumcari, New Mexico. He was cremated as requested.
