Longtime Employe of Hospital Dies
Robert Kelso Brakebill, an employe of Eastern State Hospital for 16 years, died yesterday afternoon. He was 68.
Mr. Brakebill was a farmer until 1933 when he began work at Eastern State. He was with the hospital until 1949.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Mann’s Chapel with interment in Highland Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include the window, Mrs. Della Peeler Brakebill; sones, Robert Gaut and Jack Brakebill of Knoxville; four sisters and five brothers.
