My line : GGG Grandparents: Harris Sr.RYAN and unknown wife {and yes he was married twice: but my gg grandfather and your Abner were by first wife.} My GG grandparents was Harris RYAN Jr. and Patsy Ryon; My G grandparents was Giles Hudson RYAN and Elizabeth Smith and my Grandparents was John Charles Ryan and Annie Lee McClelland, My mother was Bessie Bell Ryan , one of two sets of twins born to the John C. Ryan family. I can go back three generations from Harris with records to confirm our Ryan family being in America during the first years of our nation.....and we are also able to become members of the Planter Club which is first families of America ....Carolyn569

Obituary
KING, CAROLYN BLACKBURN "CAROL" – age 75 of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Ft. Sanders Regional after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Carol dedicated her life to caring for her family. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Lloyd King. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Monica and Rick Dailey. Family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 am -11:30 am at Weaver Funeral Home with chapel service to follow at 11:30am. Following service family and friends will go in procession to Black Oak Church Cemetery in Clinton for interment. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation, 510 S. Willow St., Chattanooga, TN. 37404, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN. 38105 or Team Britton.
