Three children listed in Guardianship Papers, 1) Warren O. Shely, 2)Jonathan E. Shely and 3)William P. Shely.

Affidavid of Heirship to Fannie Shely, et, that Warren O Shely died in the city of San Antonio 28 Mar 1834 without leaving a will, leaving heirs, his widow, Fannie Shelly and the following named children: Leslie Shely and Winnie Shely Hall, who married M W Shely; Other than the above named children, there are no other children: 17 Jan 1942.
