TUCKER,SHELY,CHRISTALL,WATSON,ENGLISH James Harvey Tucker born July 23, 1823 was the first Methodist missionary to Laredo,Webb County, Texas. He died and was buried there on September 4, 1896. He and a son managed a paper called "Two Eagles" there in 1873. Any information on the family, or the paper, would be appreciated. J.H.Tucker was said to married to Carolyn English possibly in San Antonio,Texas.
