(2) Information from William "Gene" Hurt received 5 Mar 1997.
(3) 1 Jun 1999: received email from Julia LeVesque requesting information on Ada Hurt Cook with a social security number of 278-12-2050. Didn't find anything in the Social Security Death Index, but located her in PAF. Don't know if this is the same person Julia was asking about or not.
(4) Feb 2000: information from Julia Carol Gregory Levesque. She died while out Christmas shopping. Julia had death date as 1940 or 1942.
