Maria (White)(Lowery) Mitchell, b.8/10/1831, White Cty., TN, d.1/14/1918, Dallas Cty., TX. In 1900 John was single, resided with sister Maria and her family in Dallas Cty; and when she was widowed in 1910.

In 1850 in White Cty., TN Maria 1st married Vance C. Lowrey, who died in 1857; in 1865 Maria 2nd married Spencer Dillard Mitchell.
