Mary Elizabeth Johnson, age 84 of Jacksonville, FL and formerly of Springfield died Wednesday February 6, 2010, in Jacksonville, FL. She was born December 3, 1925 in Robertson Co, to the late Walter Fred Young and Thelma Maude Willis, her husband, Jim Tom Johnson, grandson, Jon Taylor and brother Fred Young Jr. and also preceded her in death. Mrs. Johnson was a member of North Springfield Baptist Church and a retired clerical worker for Nasco. Funeral services at 2 pm on Monday February 8, 2010 in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Michael Smith, burial followed in Elmwood Cemetery.
