RS. RUTH L. HURT, 31, of 218 N. Orchard Street, died at 1:44 AM Monday, at Saint Elizabeth Hospital.

Surviving are her husband, William E.; two daughters, Joanne and Carolyn; two sons, William F. Jr., and Terry G.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Payne of Franklin; three sisters, Mrs. Edith Parks of Cleveland, Virginia, Mrs. Ida Smith of Lebanon, Virginia, and Virginia Payne of Franklin, and four brothers, Roy Payne of West Virginia, Bernard of Franklin, and Alfred and Robert, both of Dayton.
