!Celestine was one of two children. The Rivry family moved from France to
Kansas in 1897 and they came by covered wagon to Cabool, Mo. in 1903, arriving
on March 3 when the streets were covered with ice. The first person they
talked with in Cabool was John Bauch. The Rivry family settled a farm near
Sargent, Mo. and Celestine lived there with her parents, and later with her
husband and daughter. She and Arch retired and moved to Cabool in 1959.
