Ellen Bartlett

Ellen M. Bartlett, age 70, Joplin, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Freeman West Hospital.

Ellen was born May 21, 1941 in Pueblo, Colorado, daughter of the late Charles T. Johnson and Goldie Marie Ryan Johnson.

She was a homemaker, lived in the Joplin area most of her life.

She married Hoy Richard Bartlett, Sr. on November 28, 1976, he preceded her in death on September 8, 2001.

Survivors include her daughter, Nicie Brumley and husband W.J. of Joplin; sons, Frank Tabor and wife Ann, and Rick Bartlett, Jr. and wife Kim all of Carthage; sister, Nicie Warren of Joplin; 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
