Hermie was born June 6th,1894 in Eldorado Springs Missouri to the parents of Robert Alden Ryan and May Dellen (Root ) Ryan, Hermie was married to Homer Boots and had two daughters , Nettie May and Ruby Ellen Boots, Ruby married Carl Batson. Hermie died in Parsons Kansas on May 27th, 1977 and is buried at the Fairview Cemetery at Cherryvale Kansas beside her husband Harvey Nichols.
