Intro: The Mayer family (of PA/VA) originated from the imperial City of ULM, Wurtemburg, (by Brantz MAYER), son of Christian MAYER of Baltimore, MD (father born in Ulm, Wurtemberg, GER); written by him on Sept. 1, 1878 copyrighted at theat same day.
Many of the MAYER family migrated into Australia, America and England, Nova Scotia, FL, TX, MA, PA and TN as well as NC.55
1495, Ulmer - Mayers was the fatherland of the free Imperial City where the MAYER clan was from.55
Some of the Wurtemburg MAYER’s served in the German Emperious and Spanish Kings Reign as soldiers in Wars against the TURKS and rec’d many honorable awards.55
