COOK, Thelma, passed away Monday, January 1, 2001 at the age of 92.
She was born in Pottsville, AR, August 15, 1908. She was the daughter of George and Martha Jones, who preceded her in death. She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by: her son, John T. McNutt, and her husband, Bert Cook; also 3 sisters and 7 brothers.
She is survived by: her daughter-in- law, Lucile McNutt; 2 grandchildren, Marcia Phillips and Mark McNutt; 4 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Service will be held Saturday, January 6, 2001 at 2 p.m. at the Heath-Griffith Memory Chapel. Interment will be held at Memorial Park under the direction of Heath-Griffith Funeral Service, 446-6633. (Tulsa World)
