T. P. Tuck Dies After Long Illness
T. P. Tuck, 75, building superintendent for the Commercial building and one-time construction contractor of Shreveport, died in a local sanitarium Monday following a long illness. A resident of Shreveport for 30 years, Mr. Tuck came here from Missouri. Funeral services will he held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Rose-Neath funeral chaptel. with Rev. George F. Ivey, associate pastor of the Noel Memorial Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Park cemetery. Besides his wife, Mr. Tuck is survived by two sisters, Miss Sarah Lee Tuck, Bloomington, Ind., and Mrs. J. F. Shoffner, of Springfield, Mo.; and one brother, Chard Tuck, of Torrence, Calif. Pallbearers will be Byron Bullock, Alfred Bullock, R. T. Moore, Jr., M. L. Mabry, S. I. Jeter, and Dr. J. D. Woolworth.
