Tammy Elaine Tuck-Ontman, 56, of Clarksville, AR passed away on Thursday, February 13th in her home.
She was born September 17, 1963 to James Tuck and the late Ona Hunter Tuck.
She was an employee of Legacy Health and Rehab in Fort Smith.
Survivors include one daughter, Denise (Shawn) Teague of Ozark; two sons, Jonathan (Kassie) Ontman of Greenwood and Paul (Crystal) Ontman of Clarksville; Father, James Tuck of Van Buren; two sisters, Susan Kay Hosier of Dyer and Cindy Blount of Van Buren; one brother, Dennis Tuck of Van Buren and 8 grandchildren.
Services will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, Feb. 17, 2020 at Ocker Chapel of Alma with interment in Mt. McCurry Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Pallbearers will be Paul Ontman, Jonathan Ontman, Anthony Lee, Shawn Teague, Daymon Blount and Cory Willis.
