Adam Brakebill, one of the best known men in Knox County, died yesterday morning at the home of his son, John Brakebill, in the Twenty-third district. He died from paralysis. He had been in bad health several years, which was increased by a violent fall last winter on the street, while he resided in this city. He was for several years a member of the Knox County Court and held other offices of trust. He would have been sixty years old tomorrow. The funeral was held at noon today from the residence of his son. The internment was made in the family burying ground.45
