J. W. Brakebill Services Held This Afternoon
Joseph William Brakebill, 70, died Sunday afternoon at his home three miles northwest of Bonham.
Mr. Brakebill came to Bonham in 1918 from Tennessee where he was born November 7, 1870.
He is survived by his wife; four brothers, John of Tyler, Bob, Lewis, and Jim of Wichita Falls; two sisters, Mrs. Roy Henegar and Mrs. H. L. Turner of Bonham; three daughters, Mrs. Joe Crutcher of McKinney, Mrs. Munroe Pierce of Withita Falls, and Mrs. Hattie Passinger of Tulsa, Okla.; and eight grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bland Smith, Dick Saunders, Claude Moore, John Bacon Saunders, Bob McCampbell and Cleveland Keene.
The services for Mr. Brakebill will be held at Wise Funeral Chapel this afternoon at 4 o'clock with Rev. W. O. Harmon officiating. Interment will be at Willow Wild cemetery.

Services to Be Held Friday for Mrs. Eva Lou Brakebill
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 20, at the Wise Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Eva Lou Brakebill, who passed away at her home at 800 West 5th Street at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 17.
Rev. C.G. Long will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Oddie Carry. Interment will be in Willow Wild Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Clovis Brakebill, Roy Brakebill, Jimmy Henegar, T.W. Dickson, Gene Cockrill and J.W. Cunningham. Wise Funeral Home will be in charge.
Mrs. Brakebill was born March 18, 1878 in Tennessee and was a member of the Presbyterian Church, USA.
Survivors include one son, J.W. Brakebill of Bonham; two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Henegar, Dallas, and Mrs. H.L. Turner, Bonham; one brother, J.C. Crutcher, Route 3, Bonham; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
