CHANNING - Patricia Mae "Pat" Gambrell, 64, died Tuesday, March 9, 2004, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Channing Methodist Church with the Rev. George Chambers officiating. Burial will be in Channing Cemetery by N.S. Griggs and Sons Funeral Directors of Amarillo, 2615 Paramount Blvd.

Mrs. Gambrell was born and raised in Dalhart and moved to Channing in 1984. She married Bobby Joe Gambrell on Jan. 25, 1957, in Channing. She loved and cherished her family and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Merle Roach on May 4, 1996; a brother, Robert Roach on Aug. 19, 1989; and a granddaughter, Shelby Davis on Aug. 16, 1995.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Sandra Gambrell of Channing; four sons, Michael Gambrell, Joseph Gambrell, James Gambrell and Sidney Almon, all of Channing; eight sisters, Carolyn Smith and Betty Wright, both of Arkansas, and Lucy Perilloux, Linda Ritchie, Kathy Harville, Ann Fite, Barbara Almon and Joan Hudson, all of Greenville; her mother, Euna Mae Roach of Greenville; four brothers, Carl Roach, Richard Roach and Stephen Roach, all of Greenville, and Eddie Roach of North Carolina; and six grandchildren.
