Henry Brakebill was born in Blount Co, TN 1817. Henry died 1884 in Pleasant Hope, Polk Co, MO, at 67 years of age. He married Ann Davis in Blunt Co, TN, 30 January 1383. Ann was born Oct 31, 1817 in Blount Co, TN. Ann died July 20, 1907 in Pleasant Hope, Polk Co, MO, at 89 years of age. Her body was interred in Pleasant Hope, Polk Co, MO, Pleasant Hope Cemetery. After marriage, Henry and Ann Davis Brakebill led thier family to Polk County in the Southwest MIssouri area. The family prospered and many of thier descendants remain in the Springfield, Missouri area in 1999. Henry and his wife were members of the Providence Baptist Church in Polk County.47
